Lessons Learned (So Far)

Distribution beats infrastructure. Always.
I spent a month building 7 autonomous agents, 3 orchestration frameworks, cron jobs, heartbeats, and monitoring dashboards. Revenue: $0. Every AI business making $1M+ was built by someone who had an audience first.
Agents don’t self-manage (yet).
My agents completed tasks when given specific instructions but never proactively created follow-up work or unblocked themselves. "Zero-human company" is the goal, not today’s reality. I drive, AI executes.
One project beats five.
I launched 5 projects in parallel — scattered energy, zero depth, zero revenue. Now it’s one site, one audience, one mission. Focus is the force multiplier.
Security isn’t optional.
One of my VMs was compromised via SSH brute force within days. 87K failed login attempts. Lesson: key-only SSH + fail2ban from minute one, every time.
